Preparation
Chill Your Glass
Begin by chilling your serving glass (preferably a large wine glass or highball glass) by filling it with ice water. Let it sit while you prepare the drink.
Mix the Spirits
In a mixing glass, combine 2 oz of Tanqueray Gin, 1 oz of Mastiha Liqueur, 0.5 oz of Sirocco White Port, and a pinch of salt. Stir gently to blend the flavors.
Assembly
Add Ice
Empty the ice water from your chilled glass and fill it with fresh ice cubes, leaving enough space for the mixers.
Pour the Mixture
Carefully pour the mixed spirits over the ice in your glass.
Top with Tonic
Add 4 oz of Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water to the glass. Stir gently to combine without losing carbonation.
Finish with Champagne
Top off the drink with 1 oz of chilled Champagne for an added touch of elegance.
Garnishing
Garnish
Garnish the drink with a sprig of fresh herbs (like rosemary or mint) and a twist of citrus peel to enhance the aroma.
