Directions

1

Prepare the Glass

Begin by chilling a cocktail glass in the freezer or by filling it with ice water. This will ensure your drink stays cold.

2

Mix the Ingredients

In a mixing glass, add 2 oz of gin, 1 oz of cacao liqueur, 1 oz of blanc vermouth, and 2 oz of citrus water.

3

Add Ice

Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes (about 1 cup) to the top.

4

Stir the Mixture

Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds. This will chill the drink and dilute it slightly, balancing out the flavors.

5

Strain into Glass

Remove the ice from the chilled cocktail glass and strain the stirred mixture into the glass using a fine mesh strainer.

6

Garnish

Take a strip of lemon peel and twist it over the drink to release the oils. Optionally, place the peel as a garnish on the rim of the glass.
