Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Fruits
Begin by preparing the fruits. Chop the pineapple into small chunks and hull the strawberries. If you prefer a smoother texture, blend the pineapple and strawberries together in a blender until smooth.
- 2
Mix the Cocktail
In a large mixing bowl or pitcher, combine the Puerto Rican rum, Izarra Green, XO Cognac, single estate Jamaican rum, and Falernum. Stir well to combine the spirits.
- 3
Add Fruit Juices
Add the lime juice and grapefruit juice to the mixture. Stir again to ensure everything is well combined.
- 4
Incorporate Fruits
If you blended the pineapple and strawberries, add the blended mixture to the cocktail. If you chopped them, add the chunks directly to the cocktail mixture. Stir gently to incorporate.
- 5
Chill the Cocktail
Place the mixture in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 30 minutes. This will allow the flavors to meld together.
