Preparation
Chill the Glass
Begin by chilling your martini glass. Fill it with ice water and set it aside while you prepare the cocktail.
Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of gin, 0.5 oz of olive brine, and 0.5 oz of dry vermouth.
Shake or Stir
Fill the shaker with ice. You can either shake the mixture vigorously for about 10 seconds or stir gently for about 30 seconds, depending on your preference for dilution.
Garnish
Garnish your martini with 3 blue cheese olives by placing them on a cocktail pick and resting them on the rim of the glass.
