Cocktail

1

Chill glass

Place a chilled martini or coupe glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes or fill with ice water while you prepare the cocktail. This keeps the drink crisp when served.

2

Mix base

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes. Pour in 1.5 oz Absolut Peach Vodka and 2 oz peach nectar. Secure the lid.

3

Shake

Shake vigorously for 8–10 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels cold. This lightly chills and slightly aerates the peach nectar for better texture.

4

Strain

Discard ice or water from the chilled glass. Double-strain the shaken mixture into the chilled martini or coupe glass to remove ice shards and any pulp.

5

Top with Champagne

Carefully top the peach mixture with approximately 3 oz chilled Champagne or other dry sparkling wine. Pour slowly down the side of the glass to preserve carbonation and create a gentle layering effect.

6

Garnish and serve

Garnish with a thin fresh peach slice on the rim or floated on top if desired. Serve immediately while bubbly.
