Ingredients
Cocktail
Garnish & Glass
Prep Glass
1. Rim the glass
Run a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks or coupe glass. Dip the wet rim into coarse salt or sugar (use salt for a classic savory contrast, sugar for sweeter profile). Set glass aside.
Make Cocktail
2. Add 2 oz blanco tequila, 1 oz PAMA pomegranate liqueur, 1 oz fresh lime juice, 0.5 oz agave nectar, and optional 0.5 oz orange liqueur into a cocktail shaker.
3. Fill the shaker with ice (about 1 cup) until nearly full. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds, until the shaker is well chilled and slightly frosted.
4. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or the shaker strainer into the prepared glass over fresh ice (if serving on the rocks) or without ice (if serving up).
5. If desired, spoon a few pomegranate seeds into the drink for visual appeal and a burst of texture.
Finish
6. Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge on the rim. Serve immediately.
