Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Carefully select and crush the Pinot Noir grapes to extract the juice.

Prepare the Grapes

Add yeast to the grape juice and allow it to ferment for 7-10 days at a controlled temperature.

Fermentation

After primary fermentation, transfer the wine to a secondary vessel, add sugar and sulfites, and bottle it for secondary fermentation.

Secondary Fermentation

Seal the bottles and let them ferment for an additional 4-6 weeks to develop natural carbonation.

Carbonation

After carbonation, gradually tilt the bottles to collect sediment in the neck, then freeze the neck and remove sediment.

Riddling and Disgorging

Top off the bottles with a mixture of wine and sugar (dosage) to balance the taste before sealing.
