Preparation Instructions
Prepare the Mint
In a large pitcher, muddle the fresh mint leaves to release their oils.
Add Sugar and Limes
Cut the limes into wedges and add them to the pitcher along with the granulated sugar. Muddle together with the mint until the limes release their juice and the sugar dissolves.
Mix in the Rum
Pour the white rum into the pitcher and stir well to combine all the ingredients.
Add Ice
Fill the pitcher with ice cubes, leaving some space at the top for the club soda.
Top with Club Soda
Pour the club soda over the ice and gently stir to combine.
Serve
Garnish with additional mint leaves or lime wedges if desired, and serve immediately.
