Chill the sparkling wine to 6–8°C. Right before serving, pour one glass (125–150 ml) into a chilled flute. Express a lemon twist over the glass to release oils, wipe rim with the twist and drop it in as garnish.

Serve the dry cider cold (6–8°C) in a tulip or stemmed glass. If using a garnish, float a thin apple slice on the surface. Pour gently to preserve carbonation.

Serve the light-bodied red slightly chilled (12–14°C). Pour one 125–150 ml glass. Optionally rub the rim with a strip of orange peel and add the peel as a garnish to highlight fruit notes.

Chill the Session IPA to 4–7°C. Pour into a nonic or tulip glass at an angle, then straighten to create a modest head. Add a half wheel of citrus on the rim if desired to complement hop bitterness.

Fill a rocks glass with ice. Add 45 ml vodka or gin, 20 ml fresh lemon juice and 10 ml simple syrup. Stir once to combine. Top with ~30 ml sparkling water. Gently stir to integrate. Garnish with a lemon wheel and serve immediately.
