Lava Flow Base

Strawberry Swirl

Method

Prepare Lava Flow Base

1

Blend the Ingredients

In a blender, combine the fresh pineapple juice, coconut cream, white rum, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth and creamy.

2

Check Consistency

Ensure the mixture is well-blended and has a creamy consistency. If it’s too thick, add a little more pineapple juice.

Prepare Strawberry Swirl

3

Make Strawberry Sauce

In a small saucepan, combine fresh strawberries, sugar, and water. Cook over medium heat until the strawberries break down and the mixture thickens slightly (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from heat and let cool.

4

Blend for Smoothness

After cooling, blend the strawberry mixture until smooth. If desired, strain to remove seeds for a smoother sauce.

Assemble Lava Flow

5

Layer the Drinks

In a tall glass, pour half of the blended lava flow base. Then, drizzle some of the strawberry swirl sauce on top.

6

Complete the Drink

Pour the remaining lava flow base over the strawberry swirl, and add more strawberry swirl on top for garnish.

7

Garnish and Serve

Garnish with a fresh strawberry or pineapple slice on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately with a straw.
