Prepare the Glass
Fill a glass with ice cubes to chill.
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine Hendrick's gin, Pimm's No. 1, fresh lime juice, and sweet and sour mix. Shake well.
Pour and Top Off
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice. Top off with Sprite.
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a lime wedge and serve immediately.
