Directions
Prepare the Jasmine Rice
Rinse 1 cup of Jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook according to package instructions, typically using a 1:1.5 rice-to-water ratio. Once cooked, let it cool.
Prepare the Ahi Tuna
Dice the sushi-grade Ahi tuna into small cubes. In a bowl, mix the tuna with soy sauce, sesame oil, and finely chopped green onions. Allow it to marinate for about 10 minutes.
Prepare the Toppings
While the tuna is marinating, slice the avocado, mango, and radishes. Set aside.
Assemble the Bowl
In a serving bowl, place a generous scoop of Jasmine rice as the base. Top with marinated tuna, avocado slices, mango cubes, watercress, and sliced radish.
Finish with Spicy Mayo
Drizzle spicy mayo over the top of the bowl to taste. Optionally, garnish with additional green onions.
