Champagne

1 glass House Champagne

Caviar Bump

1 tsp Caviar (your choice, such as Beluga or Ossetra)1 tsp Fresh lemon juice1 tsp Chives, finely chopped

Prepare the Champagne

Pour the Champagne

Carefully pour 1 glass of House Champagne into a fluted glass, ensuring not to create too many bubbles.

Prepare the Caviar Bump

Mix the Caviar Bump

In a small bowl, combine 1 teaspoon of caviar with 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of finely chopped chives. Stir gently to combine.
