Begin by chilling your glass. Fill it with ice water and set it aside while you prepare the cocktail.

In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Tequila Corazon Reposado, 3 oz of House Burgundy, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, and 0.5 oz of simple syrup.

Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters to the shaker, followed by a cup of ice cubes.

Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Dump the ice water from your chilled glass and strain the cocktail mixture into it.

Garnish the drink with a lime wheel on the rim of the glass for a refreshing touch.
