Cocktail

1

Chill glass

Place a martini glass in the freezer for at least 5 minutes or fill with ice water to chill while you prepare the drink.

2

Combine ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add Luksusowa Vodka (1.75 oz), Pama Pomegranate (0.5 oz), Limoncello (0.5 oz), Fruit Riot Sour Grapes (0.5 oz), fresh lemon juice (0.5 oz), and simple syrup (0.25 oz).

3

Add ice and shake

Fill the shaker about three-quarters full with ice. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 12–18 seconds until the shaker is well-chilled and slightly frosty.

4

Prepare glass and strain

Discard ice or water from the chilled martini glass. Double-strain the cocktail into the chilled martini glass using a Hawthorne strainer and a fine mesh strainer to remove small ice shards and any pulp or seeds.

5

Optional bitters

If using, add 1 dash of Angostura bitters on top of the finished cocktail for aromatic complexity.

Garnish & Serve

6

Gently drop 1 tablespoon of pomegranate arils into the center of the drink so they sink slightly but remain visible.

7

Finish with a thin lemon wheel or a long lemon twist perched on the rim or floated on the surface.

8

Serve immediately while cold. Encourage sipping to enjoy the interplay of tart pomegranate, bright limoncello, and the sour grape note.

Cleanup & Notes

9

Rinse the shaker and strainers promptly to avoid sticky residue from Pama and limoncello. Adjust sweetness by increasing or decreasing simple syrup by 0.25 oz to taste for future pours.
