Assemble the Waffle Stack
On each plate, stack three waffles. Top each stack with slices of Niman Ranch ham, cooked Applewood smoked bacon, and a generous drizzle of rosemary bechamel. Serve with a side of smashed potatoes and garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
