Fish Tacos

Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Fish

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Marinate the fish fillets in this mixture for about 15-20 minutes.

2

Cook the Fish

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated fish fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flaky. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

3

Make the Guacamole

In a bowl, mash the avocados and mix in chopped cilantro, diced red onion, diced tomato, and lime juice. Season with salt to taste.

4

Assemble the Tacos

Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave. Place a portion of the cooked fish on each tortilla, add a dollop of guacamole, and top with sour cream and hot sauce. Garnish with additional cilantro if desired.
