Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Lobster Tails
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the middle, being careful not to cut the meat. Gently pull the shell apart and lift the meat slightly.
Make the Garlic Butter
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Coat the Lobster
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, and brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the meat, ensuring it's well-coated.
Garnish and Serve
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
