Prepare glass
Chill a highball or rocks glass by placing it in the freezer or filling with ice water for a few minutes.

Fill a shaker with ice and pour in Malibu rum, peach schnapps, orange juice, and pineapple juice.

Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into the chilled glass over fresh ice.

Slowly pour grenadine into the glass to create a sunrise gradient; do not stir to maintain the layered effect.

Garnish with an orange wheel or cherry if desired, and serve with a straw.
