1. Make peach puree

Peel, pit, and roughly chop ripe peaches. Purée in a blender or food processor until smooth, yielding about 1 cup of peach puree.

2. Chill Prosecco

Refrigerate the La Marca Prosecco until well chilled (about 40–45°F / 4–7°C).

3. Prepare to serve

Place about 1 tablespoon of peach puree into the bottom of each flute. This will be enough for roughly six glasses.

4. Assemble Bellini

Gently pour Prosecco into each flute over the peach puree, tilting the glass slightly to preserve bubbles. Fill to the top and give a gentle swirl to blend the puree with the Prosecco.
