Cocktails

   Moisten the rim of a chilled margarita glass with a lime wedge and dip into salt to create a thin, even salt rim (0.25 tsp).

   Build margarita base

   In a cocktail shaker, add 60 ml tequila blanco, 30 ml orange liqueur, and 30 ml fresh lime juice.

   Sweeten

   Add 15 ml agave nectar or simple syrup to the shaker.

   Add ice

   Fill the shaker with 1 cup ice.

   Chill and mix

   Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is cold.

   Incorporate beer

   Hold a 7 oz Corona Extra bottle inverted into the margarita glass and slowly lower it in, allowing the beer to mingle with the margarita.

   Serve

   Carefully lift the bottle slightly to remove excess beer, garnish with a lime wheel if desired, and serve immediately.
