Prepare glass
Chill a 16 oz schooner by filling it with ice and set aside while you prepare the mix.

Make the mix
In a shaker, combine 60 ml Blanco tequila, 30 ml triple sec, 90 ml Sweet & Sour mix, and 30 ml fresh orange juice.

Add ice to shaker
Fill the shaker halfway with ice, then cover.

Shake
Shake vigorously for 8–12 seconds until well chilled.

Prepare serving glass
Discard the ice from the prepared schooner and fill with fresh ice to about 2/3 full.

Finish and garnish
Strain the cocktail into the ice-filled glass. Garnish with a lime wheel or an orange twist and serve immediately.
