Brunch Directions

1

Prepare the Steak

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Rub the ribeye steaks with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Allow them to rest for 15-20 minutes before cooking.

2

Cook the Steak

Grill or sear the steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adding fresh rosemary during the last minute of cooking. Let rest before slicing.

3

Sauté the Shrimp

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add shrimp, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice.

4

Make the Cheddar Egg Bake

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until set.

5

Toast the French Bread

Slice the French bread and toast until golden. Serve alongside steak, shrimp, and cheddar egg bake.

6

Serve

Plate the sliced steak, sautéed shrimp, cheddar egg bake, and toasted French bread. Enjoy your brunch overlooking the Atlantic City Boardwalk!
