Prepare the Glass
Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water. Set aside while you prepare the drink.
Mix the Drink
In a cocktail shaker, combine bourbon, Punt e Mes, hazelnut liqueur, and sweet vermouth.
Add Ice and Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Discard the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass. Strain the mixture into the glass.
Garnish
Add an orange twist on top for garnish. Serve immediately.
