Method

Grilling the Beef

1

Season the Beef

Rub the Certified Black Angus Beef with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Allow it to sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

2

Grill the Beef

Preheat the grill to high heat. Grill the beef for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached. Remove and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Preparing the Lobster Mac and Cheese

3

Cook the Pasta

In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

4

Make the Cheese Sauce

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.

5

Combine Lobster and Sauce

Fold the cooked macaroni and lobster meat into the cheese sauce until well coated. Transfer to a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.

Cooking the Broccolini

6

Prepare Broccolini

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the broccolini, salt, and pepper, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.

Making the Sauce Bordelaise

7

Prepare the Sauce

In a saucepan, sauté shallots in butter until translucent. Add red wine and reduce by half. Stir in beef stock, thyme, salt, and pepper, and simmer until thickened.
