Prepare the Fennel & Anise Mixture

1. Chop the Fennel

Thinly slice the fennel bulb and place it in a bowl.

2. Add Anise Seeds

Sprinkle the anise seeds over the chopped fennel and mix well.

Make the Ginger Syrup
