Caesar salad with crispy parmesan and brick crostini
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Rinse and dry the Romaine lettuce. Tear it into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl.
Drizzle the dressing over the Romaine lettuce and toss well to coat. Add the shaved Parmesan cheese and croutons, tossing gently to combine.
Plate the salad and garnish with extra Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve immediately with crispy brick crostini on the side.
