Cooking Steps

1

Prepare the Ingredients

Chop the bok choy and scallions, and cut the broccoli into small florets.

2

Cook the Eggs

In a large pan or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble them until fully cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.

3

Stir-Fry the Vegetables

In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil. Add the chopped bok choy, broccoli florets, and scallions. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

4

Add Rice and Seasoning

Add 3 cups of cooked rice to the pan along with the bean sprouts. Stir everything together and season with soy sauce, sesame oil, and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

5

Combine with Eggs and Serve

Add the scrambled eggs back into the pan and mix well. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
