Prepare the Green Tea

Brew a cup of green tea using hot water. Allow it to steep for about 3-5 minutes, then strain and let it cool.

Prepare Goya Melon

Slice the Goya melon into small cubes and muddle them gently in a cocktail shaker to release their juices.

Mixing the Drink

Combine Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add the muddled Goya melon, Shiso Shochu, Japanese whiskey, Umeshu, cooled green tea, and yuzu juice.

Shake

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to mix and chill the ingredients.

Strain

Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.

Add Tonic Water

Top the drink with tonic water and gently stir to combine.

Garnish with fresh shiso leaves and a twist of yuzu peel for added aroma.
