Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the challah bread into cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

Pour the custard mixture over the cubed challah bread, ensuring all pieces are coated. Let it soak for about 15 minutes.

Fold in the white chocolate chips gently into the bread mixture.

Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden and the custard is set.
