Directions

1

Cook the pasta

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2

Make the cheese sauce

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk for 1-2 minutes until golden. Gradually whisk in the milk, and continue whisking until the mixture thickens. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

3

Combine cheeses

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the sharp cheddar and Gruyère cheese until melted and smooth.

4

Mix in lobster

In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni and cheese sauce. Gently fold in the lobster meat.

5

Prepare for baking

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the lobster mac and cheese mixture to a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly over the top.

6

Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

7

Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with parsley before serving.
