Rim the edge of a chilled glass with lime juice and dip it in salt to coat the rim.

In a cocktail shaker, combine Altos Plata Tequila, prickly pear puree, fresh orange juice, fresh lime juice, agave syrup, and ice.

Shake
Shake well until the mixture is chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass filled with ice.

Garnish with a lime wedge and a slice of prickly pear.
