Bake the Pork Rinds
Spread the seasoned pork rinds on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Waffle Chips Preparation
Prepare the Waffle Chips
In a large bowl, combine the waffle potato chips with olive oil and salt. Toss gently to coat the chips evenly.
Bake the Waffle Chips
Spread the seasoned waffle chips on another baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the same preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes, or until they are slightly golden and crisp. Remove from the oven and let cool.
French Onion Dip Preparation
Mix the Dip
In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and the French onion soup mix. Stir until fully combined and smooth.
