Preparation

1

Prepare the Seafood

Boil a pot of salted water. Add the lobster tail and shrimp to the boiling water. Cook the lobster tail for about 5-7 minutes until it turns bright red and is opaque. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Remove and let cool.

2

Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the slice of bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and place on paper towels to absorb excess grease. Once cooled, crumble into small pieces.

3

Prepare the Cheese

Grate or cut the Guinness cheddar cheese into small pieces for easy melting and garnish.

Mixing the Drink

4

Combine Ingredients

In a shaker filled with ice, pour in the vodka or gin. Shake well to chill the spirit.

5

Pour the Drink

Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.

6

Garnish and Serve

Top the drink with the cooked lobster tail, shrimp, crumbled bacon, and grated Guinness cheddar cheese. Garnish with a pickled asparagus stalk. Serve immediately.
