Method
Prepare the Seafood
Seared Ahi Tuna
Heat a non-stick skillet over high heat. Season the ahi tuna with salt and black pepper. Sear the tuna for about 1-2 minutes on each side until rare. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.
Cook the Shrimp
In a pot of boiling salted water, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Drain and let cool before peeling and deveining.
Make the Lemon Vinaigrette
Mix Ingredients
In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Assemble the Salad
Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed baby greens, sliced ahi tuna, shrimp, and crab meat. Drizzle with lemon vinaigrette and toss gently to coat.
Serve
Divide the salad among plates and top with crispy wontons for added crunch. Serve immediately.
