Prepare Basil Seeds

Soak the basil seeds in a small bowl of water for about 30 minutes until they expand and become gelatinous.

Mix the Drink

In a large pitcher, combine the passion fruit juice and honey or sugar. Stir well until the sweetener is dissolved.

Combine Ingredients

Add the soaked basil seeds to the pitcher along with the fresh basil leaves. Pour in the soda water and gently stir to combine.

Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the Passionate Basil Fizz over the ice. Garnish with additional basil leaves if desired.
