Wine Base

3.17 cup (750 ml) Chenin Blanc wine

Flavorings

2.03 tbsp (30 ml) Fresh lemon juice1.01 tbsp (15 ml) Honey1/3 oz (10 g) Fresh mint leaves

Garnish

2 slices Lemon slices2 sprigs Mint sprigs

Prepare the Glass

Chill your glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes to ensure your wine stays cool.

Mix Ingredients

In a pitcher, combine the Chenin Blanc wine, fresh lemon juice, and honey. Stir well to dissolve the honey.

Add Mint

Gently muddle the fresh mint leaves in the pitcher to release their flavor.

Pour the mixture into the chilled glass and add ice if desired. Garnish with lemon slices and mint sprigs.
