Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Chicken Wings
First, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, season the chicken wings with salt, pepper, and your choice of spices (like garlic powder or paprika). Toss well to coat evenly.
Bake the Chicken Wings
Arrange the seasoned chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
Prepare the Shrimp
While the chicken wings are baking, prepare the shrimp. In a separate bowl, toss the peeled and deveined shrimp with olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Cook the Shrimp
In a skillet over medium heat, add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
Cook the Fish Fingers
Prepare the fish fingers according to package instructions. Typically, this involves baking them in the oven at 425°F (220°C) for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
Assemble the Platter
Once all components are cooked, arrange the chicken wings, shrimp, and fish fingers on a large platter. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces like ranch, cocktail sauce, or honey mustard.
