Guacamole Preparation Instructions
1. Prepare the Avocados
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
2. Mash the Avocados
Using a fork or potato masher, mash the avocados to your desired level of creaminess.
3. Mix in Ingredients
Add lime juice, minced garlic, chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, finely chopped jalapeño, and salt to the mashed avocados. Stir until well combined.
4. Taste and Adjust
