The drink that made James Bond famous. Or did he make the drink famous? Whatever. Maybe you’ll think you are famous after two of them. Three and you’re likely to be notorious. Gin. Vodka. Lillet Blanc. Finished with a lemon twist. And, of course, it’s shaken, not stirred.

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine gin, vodka, and Lillet Blanc.

Mixing the Ingredients

Shake vigorously until well chilled, about 15 seconds.

Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish with a lemon twist by twisting the peel over the drink to release its oils and then dropping it into the glass.
