Prepare the Tuna
Pat the tuna steak dry with paper towels. Lightly season both sides with salt.

Slice the Tuna
Remove the tuna from the skillet and let it rest for a minute. Slice it thinly against the grain.

Arrange the sliced tuna on a plate. Serve with seaweed salad on the side, and provide soy sauce, fresh ginger, and wasabi for dipping. Garnish with black sesame seeds and chopped chives.
