Grill the Avocado
Preheat the grill to medium heat. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Brush the flesh with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place the avocado halves cut-side down on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes until grill marks appear and the avocado is slightly softened.

Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the baby mozzarella, capers, Kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes, peppadew peppers, diced red onion, and chopped basil. Mix gently to combine.

Assemble the Salad
On a serving platter, arrange the spring greens and romaine lettuce. Place the stuffed avocados on top.

Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic reduction to taste before serving.
