Prepare the Croutons
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the bread into cubes, toss with olive oil and dried rosemary, spread on a baking sheet, and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.

Grill the Chicken
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes per side or until cooked through. Let rest for a few minutes, then slice.

Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Assemble the Salad
Chop the romaine hearts and place in a large bowl. Add the sliced grilled chicken, croutons, and shaved parmesan. Drizzle with the dressing and toss to combine.
