Cocktail Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Rim a chilled cocktail glass with za'atar salt by rubbing a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it into a plate of za'atar salt.
Mix the Ingredients
In a shaker, combine the Altos reposado tequila, pomegranate juice, Aleppo pepper shrub, fresh lime juice, and agave syrup. Fill the shaker with ice.
Shake Well
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared cocktail glass and garnish with a lime wheel if desired.
