Seafood

Sauce and Seasoning

Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Seafood

Rinse the shrimp and mussels thoroughly under cold water. Pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

2

Season the Seafood

In a bowl, combine the shrimp, scallops, salmon, and mussels. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly and let marinate for 15 minutes.

Cooking

3

Sauté the Garlic

In a large skillet, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

4

Cook the Seafood

Add the marinated seafood to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp are pink, the scallops are opaque, and the mussels have opened. Discard any mussels that do not open.

5

Finish and Serve

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
