Combine the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine Buffalo Trace bourbon, Applejack, fresh apple cider, and honey simple syrup.
Shake with Ice
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Add Bitters and Garnish
Add 2 dashes of Hellfire bitters on top and garnish with an apple slice.
Serve
