Sparkling Water

Method

Sparkling Water

1

Serve Sparkling

Chill a highball or tall glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes if desired. Add the ice cubes to the glass. Slowly pour 3 cups chilled sparkling mineral water over the ice to preserve carbonation. Gently stir once with a long spoon to integrate the cold. Garnish with the lime wedge on the rim or a thin lime slice floated on top. Serve immediately.

2

Notes: Serve sparkling water very cold and avoid vigorous stirring to keep bubbles. For a flavored variant, add a splash (1–2 tsp) of citrus juice or a few crushed fresh berries and stir gently.

Still Water

3

Serve Still

Place a few ice cubes into a chilled glass. Pour 3 cups chilled still (filtered) water over the ice. Clap the mint sprig between your palms to release aroma and use as garnish or gently bruise and drop into the glass for subtle flavor. Serve immediately.

4

Notes: Still water is best served very cold and simply presented. Use high-quality filtered water for the cleanest flavor.

Coconut Water

5

Prepare Coconut Drink

Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour 1.5 cups chilled pure coconut water into the glass. If you prefer a lighter, less intensely coconut flavor, add 1.5 cups cold still water and gently stir to combine. Add 1 tsp fresh lime juice if you want brightness — stir once. Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim or a small sprinkle of shredded coconut on top. Serve immediately.

6

Notes: Use 100% coconut water without added sugars for the best natural flavor. Adjust dilution to taste; athletes may prefer undiluted coconut water for electrolytes.
