Preparation

Prepare the Honey Baked Ham

1. Prepare the Ham

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern and stud it with whole cloves. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg. Brush this mixture over the ham.

2. Bake the Ham

Place the ham in a roasting pan and cover it loosely with aluminum foil. Bake for about 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes with the remaining glaze.

3. Carve and Serve

Once the ham reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C), remove it from the oven. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before carving and serving.

Prepare the Tuscan Spiced Rotisserie Chicken

4. Season the Chicken

Rub the whole chicken with olive oil, Tuscan seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

5. Cook the Chicken

Place the chicken in a rotisserie oven or grill and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Prepare the Honey Garlic Chicken

6. Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Add the chicken thighs and let them marinate for at least 1 hour.

7. Cook the Chicken

Grill or pan-fry the marinated chicken thighs until they are cooked through and have a nice caramelized exterior.

Prepare the Italian Sausage with Peppers & Onions

8. Cook the Sausages

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the Italian sausages and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

9. Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers and onions. Sauté until they are tender. Add garlic powder, and return the sausages to the skillet. Mix well and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Prepare the Lemon Garlic Broccoli

10. Steam the Broccoli

In a pot, steam the broccoli florets until they are bright green and tender-crisp.

11. Flavor the Broccoli

In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, and salt. Drizzle this mixture over the steamed broccoli before serving.
