Method

Cheese Preparation

  1. 1

    Slice and Arrange Cheeses

Take the Brie, Aged Cheddar, Gorgonzola, and Goat Cheese out of the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Slice the Aged Cheddar and Gorgonzola into manageable pieces. Leave the Brie and Goat Cheese whole or cut into wedges for easy serving.

Setting Up the Board

  1. 2

    Prepare the Board

Select a large wooden or slate board. Start by placing the cheeses on the board, spacing them out evenly. Arrange the Brie, Aged Cheddar, Gorgonzola, and Goat Cheese in a visually appealing manner.

  2. 3

    Add Accompaniments

Slice the fresh baguette into bite-sized pieces and arrange them around the cheeses. Next, drizzle honey over the Goat Cheese or place it in a small bowl nearby. Scatter the mixed nuts, dried fruits, and olives across the board, filling in any gaps to create a colorful and inviting presentation.
