Prepare the Spiced Rim

On a small plate, combine celery salt and spiced rim mixture. Rub the rim of a glass with a lemon wedge, then dip it into the mixture to coat.

In a shaker, combine vodka, bloody mary mix, lemon juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Add ice cubes and shake gently to combine.
